Proudly Vegan wines, produced by Broadland Wineries, is the winner of the annual VegFest ‘Best Vegan Alcoholic Drinks’ category award 2019.
The brand is registered by the Vegan Society and their logo appears on the bottle. According to Broadland research among vegan shoppers, the logo was highlighted by 52% of those surveyed as an important cue in influencing their choice of wine.
Now in their 13th year, the Awards have been created to celebrate the best vegan brands in the UK. They span nineteen different categories ranging from healthcare to food and, alcoholic drinks. Last year, over 6,900 consumers nominated their favourite brands.
Broadland Wineries is the first wine producer to offer a wine that is 100% vegan right down to the ink and glue used on the label. With four different wines in the range – a Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc and Rose from Chile and a Prosecco from Italy, there’s something for everyone.
